INSURANCE
We accept most major insurance plans, we are a high acuity urgent care and may be billed as a specialist depending on your plan. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a valid ID. Patients over 18 require their own card and identification. If you have not met your deductible, you are required to pay this at time of service, contact your plan carrier at the number on the back of your card for information. We unfortunately cannot verify insurance information over the phone and require the insurance card and a valid ID to be seen utilizing insurance. We also have reasonable self pay rates, which are a fraction of the cost of the emergency room!
